     Today was an online class hosted in ZOOM. Mr.Paterson had introduced several interesting news abroad in which power and media got together to get benefits or avoid the disadvantages. It was a new perspective as the media and people related to media has been the power in the past cases but what we saw today was the example which criminals and media were getting together. How an old man was responsible for sexual abuse against weak poor powerless children and was protected by a rich powerful group of people made me feel furious. Then, how can we get information that is comparatively unbiased? Looking at the news from media that has a different political thought from the ruling party. For example, Morning star is a communist media in the UK and reports the truth about what is happening in this country.

     The assignment for term 3 is to make a website related to the learning we had this year. I believe it is the third time to make a website in the class, and I am starting to get what is required in a high-quality website. My team members were Akie, Tomoka, Yuki, and Yuna. We discussed our topic and decided on an advertisement, as it is one of the good examples of media that can easily manipulate people's thinking and opinion.
