     Today's main topic was Starwars, Kathleen Kennedy, and the Mandalorian. Feminist was criticizing Starwars for making blond, blue eyes, white skin man called Luke Skywalker the main character. They were ignoring how women like Princess Leia were playing a major role in the movie too. I hate it when fake feminists "try to criticize" certain cultures to "criticize" and not for gender equality. As Kathleen, a strong feminist became the main staff for the last three movies after Disney bought it, Rei became the main character instead of Luke Skywalker. Fans stopped buying merchandise and Disney was about to lose the biggest Star Wars franchise. The Mandalorian that run for two seasons was a savior for Disney. We watched a reaction video The Mandalorian chapter 16 "The Rescue". Talking as someone who loves to watches reaction videos and share feelings, emotions, and opinions, I believe this is a very clever and effective way for fans to spread the show. Moreover, from the cultural perspective, I felt that the philosophy of Jedi connects deeply with the one of Samurai. I got really interested in Star Wars and this class became a very good opportunity to consider entertainment around us from a cultural perspective.
